Oprah Winfrey has got a reputation for the lavish gifts that she heaps on her talk show audiences. Every year during the holiday season, Oprah reveals a list of 'Oprah favorite things' and it usually means a treat for audience.
This year, the gifts were bigger and better. With two medics on standby, Oprah lavished an endless list of gifts to her audience which included a limited-edition Philip Stein dual time zone diamond watch with 58 hand-set diamonds ($2,475). Next was a Tory Burch tote bag ($250) and matching flats ($195) and Nikon digital camera ($700).

extravagant gifts included custom-designed Ralph Lauren & Oprah cashmere sweaters
($498) and a matching throw, Judith Ripka crystal and sapphire
earrings ($525), a 52-inch Sony 3D TV, Blu-Ray player &
movies ($3,600) and a 7-day Caribbean
cruise.
There
was also five years of free Netflix, a custom closet from the Container
Store, a Breville Panini Press from
William Sonoma ($100), Kyocera Ceramic Knife set, Baker's Edge Lasagna and Brownie Pan, a home candle with 18 different scents, a hair treatment system by Oprah's stylist, Andre Walker, ($65) and books from Marianne Williamson and Jay-Z's new book "Decoded.".
The audience members were carefully selected as people who have given a lot to their respective communities. The whole thing was a surprise which was revealed when Oprah took off her
black ensemble to reveal a glittering red gown underneath. The audience members had thought they were attending an episode about
meditation sobbed, screamed and squealed as Winfrey revealed that
they'd all be going on an all-expenses paid Caribbean cruise.
